The cabin is only available to Harrisville City residents and can
only be reserved 10 weeks in advance.
$25 Cancellation Fee.
* All cancellations must be made two weeks
before reservation date.
I understand that I must be in attendance at the function
that I am renting the facility for and that I have full responsibility and
liability for my guests in attendance.
I understand that failure to abide by the Terms and
Conditions may result in the loss of my use of city owned facilities in the
I understand that any violation of the guidelines in the
Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
I understand that I am liable for any damages to the
building, its facilities, its furnishings and contents, the park ground area,
and the parking area. I understand that a security deposit of $300.00 will be
charged after the reservation period if any damages occur. I understand that I
am liable for damages over and above the $300.00 deposit as well. I understand
that civil or criminal action may be taken against me for damage or criminal
acts that occur on the premises.
I authorize my credit card/bank account provided to be
charged for the rental fee. I understand that the same credit card/bank account
will be charged a $300.00 deposit if the cabin is left damaged in any form
after my reservation.
I UNDERSTAND THAT NO ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE TO BE
CONSUMED, STORED, OR BROUGHT INTO PREMISES, INCLUDING THE PARKING LOT AND PARK
I UNDERSTAND THAT NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY OR
ON THE PREMISES.
I understand the
bridal key must be picked up one business day before my reserved day for the cabin.Â
I agree to provide my own 55 gallon trash bags to line the
trash cans. I agree all garbage will be put in trash bags and placed in the
dumpster outside of the building. I agree to clear all food, decorations, and
other garbage from all tables, chairs, cabinets, facility, and premises at the
end of my function.
I agree that the facility will be left clean and secure by
Vacuuming the carpets.
Sweeping and mopping the hard surfaces and floors.
Wiping down cabinets, tables, and chairs.
Cleaning the microwave and stove.
Cleaning the kitchen and restroom sinks.
Â Leaving the refrigerator emptied of food and wiped clean.
Â Removing all garbage to the outside dumpster.
Turn off all lights, close all windows, and leave the building secure.Â
I understand and accept that the facility â€œas isâ€ with no alterations to the equipment, building, lighting, or otherwise.Â
I understand that I cannot place any nails or damaging adhesives on the walls, floors, or ceiling.
I understand that any decorations I put up will be limited to the main room of the facility and are to leave no trace after removed.
I understand and agree that removing furniture, appliances, supplies, or anything else from the building is prohibited.
I agree to fold and put away all tables and chairs.
I understand that I will be using the facility and that I am responsible to stay at the facility during the date and times I provide.
I understand that I can only rent the cabin between 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight. I must have the cabin cleaned and be gone by 12:00
Midnight. I understand that there is no overnight functions.
I agree to follow the instructions carefully to prevent
damage to the speakers, microphones, and sound system. I agree to keep the
volume at an acceptable level that will not disturb neighboring residents. I agree
to cease loud music or noises upon receiving a complaint.
I understand that I am responsible to furnish my own
tablecloths, dishtowels, dish soap, kitchen utensils, and any cleaning supplies
that may be needed. I understand that I am free to use the vacuum on the

I agree that I will only enter the premises on the date and
time that I have made my reservation.
